Cocoa powder1 dessert spoon
Chopped walnuts or seed mix1 dessert spoon
Raisins without pits1 teaspoon
Baking powder1/2 coffee spoon
For Topping: 100% Whole Peanut Butter or Honey1 dessert spoon

In a bowl, homogenize all the ingredients of the dough: egg, cocoa, nuts, raisins, yeast and even the mashed banana.
When it is well homogenized, add the banana cubes
Transfer to medium mug
Put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes. Use the toothpick to check the doneness
let cool
Remove from mug and add peanut butter.
