- Can of condensed milk395 g
- Can of Heavy cream300 g
- Strawberry juice1 cup
- Passion fruit juice1 cup
- Lemon juice1 cup
- Unflavored painless gelatin12 g
- Water to dissolve gelatin5 tablespoon
- Strawberry slices for decoration5 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Preparation of gelatin
- Dissolve the colorless gelatin envelope in 5 tablespoons of water. Let it hydrate for about 5 minutes.
- After this time, microwave for 15 seconds or until completely dissolved. Reserve.
- Mix the base
- In a blender, add the condensed milk, Heavy cream and dissolved gelatin. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
- Division of the mixture
- Divide the base mixture into three equal parts.
- Strawberry mousse
- In the blender, add one part of the base mixture and the cup of strawberry juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until it starts to set.
- Passion fruit mousse
- In the blender, add the second part of the base mixture and the cup of passion fruit juice. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour over the strawberry mousse, which should be starting to set in the refrigerator. Refrigerate again for another 20 minutes.
- Lemon mousse
- In the blender, add the third part of the base mixture and half a cup of lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour over the already firm passion fruit mousse. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up completely.
- Decoration
- Before serving, decorate with fresh strawberries and lemon zest.
