Mousse sensation

Dissolvi as gelatinas em 300ml de água quente e esperei esfriar. No liquidificador acrescentei metade do leite condensado, metade do creme de leite,as gelatinas dissolvidas,o leite em pó e bati por 2 minutos, misturei alguns morangos picados, coloquei em taças e levei para a geladeira por 1 hora.

I dissolved the jellies in 300ml of hot water and waited to cool down. In the blender, I added half the condensed milk, half the cream, the dissolved gelatins, the powdered milk and blended for 2 minutes, mixed some chopped strawberries, put them in bowls and took them to the fridge for 1 hour.

Numa panela preparei o brigadeiro de chocolate, coloquei o que sobrou do leite condensado e do creme de leite, chocolate em pó, misturei bem em fogo baixo até ficar cremoso, acrescentei o chocolate picado e mexi até derreter completamente, desliguei o fogo e esperei esfriar.

In a pan I prepared the chocolate brigadeiro, put what was left of the condensed milk and cream, chocolate powder, mixed well over low heat until creamy, added the chopped chocolate and stirred until it melted completely, turned off the heat and waited for it to cool .

Retirei o mousse da geladeira e cobri com o brigadeiro, decorei com granulado,raspas de chocolate e morangos. Sirva gelado.

I removed the mousse from the fridge and covered it with the brigadeiro, decorated it with sprinkles, chocolate shavings and strawberries. Serve chilled.
