- Dark or milk chocolate100 g
- Blend all mousse ingredients in a blender until smooth and set aside.
- For the ganache, mix the chocolate with the cream and heat until all the chocolate has melted, always stirring. But you can also do it by melting the chocolate in the microwave and then mixing it with the cream (I used half a box of cream).
- Pour the ganache on top of the mousse and garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate sprinkles and strawberries. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. And then just serve this delight... Enjoy your food!
