Mother-in-law/Tapioca cake

Antes de tudo, coloque o litro de leite para ferver em uma panela grande. 

First of all, put the liter of milk to boil in a large pot.

Enquanto espera (mas fique atenta ao leite, depois não chore pelo leite derramado kkkk) adicione toda a tapioca granulada em uma vasilha grande, com as duas xícaras de açúcar. Misture bem. 

While you wait (but pay attention to the milk, then don't cry over spilled milk lol) add all the granulated tapioca in a large bowl, with the two cups of sugar. Mix well.

Adicione o leite fervido na mistura da tapioca com o açúcar, misture bem até ficar homogêneo. Deixe descansar por 5 minutos e verá a mágica acontecer. 

Add the boiled milk to the tapioca and sugar mixture, mix well until smooth. Let it rest for 5 minutes and see the magic happen.

Após os 5 minutos, verá que a tapioca dobrará de tamanho, afinal, hidrato ela com o leite. Agora adicione o leite condensado, o leite de coco e o coco ralado (reserve um pouco do coco ralado para decorar os Bolos).
SEMPRE MISTURE BEM, o segredo está aqui. 

After 5 minutes, you will see that the tapioca will double in size, after all, I hydrate it with the milk. Now add the condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut (reserve some grated coconut to decorate the cakes).

Massa finalizada, agora unte as formas (essa receita rende muito, sempre faço duas formas com furo no meio) com leite condensado.

Finished dough, now grease the molds (this recipe makes a lot, I always make two molds with a hole in the middle) with condensed milk.

Adicione a massa nas formas e leve a geladeira por 2 horas. 

Add the dough in the forms and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.

PRONTO!!
Agora é só desenformar e decorar com leite condensado e coco ralado. 

READY!!
Now just unmold and decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut.
