- Elder Mint Leaves10 unit(s)
- Sparkling Water or Club Soda1 can(s)
- Ice to taste
- Wash and dry the mint sprigs and lemon well. Gather two sprigs of mint and rub the leaves well inside and around the rim of a tall glass. It must be very fragrant.
- On a cutting board, cut the lemon with the rind in half and discard the seeds. Cut one of the halves into four pieces and transfer to a tall glass. Add the sugar, the remaining mint leaves and, with a macerator, mash well. Add the dose of rum and mix.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top up with club soda (or sparkling water). Decorate with a sprig of mint. Serve next.
