  1. row 1: Dissolve the 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 1/2 cup of milk, then put it in the pan along with 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of whey-free cream. Mix over low heat until reaching a creamy texture. Let it cool... Cream 2: Make a regular brigadeiro, 1 can of condensed milk, the chocolate and a spoon of margarine. Mix until it turns into a cream ALSO ON LOW FIRE. . Mounting: - Soak the cookies in coffee, or in chocolate (in coffee is better, because it will be less cloying...) - Assemble the first layer, throw in the two fillings and with the help of the spoon mix lightly to become a gradient.. (You can also put the fillings separately, a layer of each flavor, it looks great.) Do this until you run out of stuffing, (remembering that the last layer is STILLING OK lol) . 🌻 Optional, finish with dark chocolate shavings or sprinkle cocoa, or chocolate... . Leave it in the fridge until dessert time and let people think you cook super well hehe. To dip the cookies I used RITUAL coffee, special coffee from @3coracoes and chocolate shavings from @hersheysbr 60% chocolate with coffee pieces. The chocolate I used in the filling was @doisfrades
