- Half a cup of sugar0.5 cup
- unflavored gelatin powder envelope1 unit(s)
- Can of Light Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
- Box of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- half cup (tea) of Chocolate Powder0.5 cup
- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- In a pan, mix the egg whites and sugar well and bring to a low heat, stirring vigorously, without stopping, for about 3 minutes, taking the pan off the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir, so as not to cook.
- Transfer to a stand mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until doubled in volume. Reserve.
- In a refractory container, add the gelatin and water and bring to the fire, in a water bath, until completely dissolved. Reserve.
- In a blender, beat the Light Condensed Milk with the Milk Cream and the dissolved gelatin until smooth.
- Separate the cream formed into two containers.
- In one of them, add the 50% Chocolate Powder and half of the snow whites, and mix gently until smooth.
- In the other container, mix the vanilla essence and the remaining half of the snow whites.
- In a bowl, pour the chocolate mousse and top with the vanilla mousse. With a fork, mix gently until the colors blend.
- Place in the fridge for about 4 hours and then serve.
