Emulsifier for ice cream
Beat the eggs, sugar, water and oil with a whisk. Add the flour and finally add the yeast. Bake in oven at 180°C for approximately 35 min.
• I used molds measuring 9.5x4.5x11cm
for the mousse
Put all the ingredients and take it to the mixer on medium speed until it rises and gets a consistency like a fluffy mousse.
After the dumplings are baked and cooled, place the mousse on top and serve.
