Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the egg whites and salt in an electric mixer on medium speed until peaks form, about 2 minutes.
Increase the speed to medium-high and beat for another 2 to 3 minutes, until it thickens without forming dry peaks. Gradually add the sugar, beating constantly. Increase the speed to high and beat for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Slowly pour the cornstarch and vanilla extract over the meringue, mix, and using a pastry bag, make the round shape of the mini pavlovas, as shown in the video.
Place in a low oven for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave it in there for another hour to dry well.
Just before serving, place the yogurt filling and on top, decorate with the red fruits (you can also add jam).
