  • Sugar120 g
  • Butter120 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Warm water250 ml
  • Panettone essence1/2 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Chocolate in Drops or Candied Fruits.200 g
  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, butter, dry yeast, warm water and the essence of panettone in a blender.
  2. After beating, transfer to a large bowl and add the wheat flour. Stir until homogeneous. (the dough is really soft)
  3. Put a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour add the candied fruit or chocolate chips.
  5. Put the dough in the molds and brush a little oil on top. Let it rest for 1 more hour to rise.
  6. Make an X on top of the dough and put a spoon of butter so the dough is light when baking.
  7. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
  8. (Don't forget to pack so your panettone doesn't dry out.)
