Mix the water, margarine and sugar in the pan and bring to a boil.
Then add the flour until it becomes a dough (looks like coxinha dough)
Remove from the pan, let it cool and add the egg.
Place in a pastry bag with a pitanga nozzle to elevate to fry the dough
on medium heat
Roll in sugar and cinnamon
Serve with dulce de leche whichever you prefer.
