- Whole milk395 ml
- Whole milk powder3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sugar1 cup
- In a blender, beat the eggs for 2 minutes.
- Then mix the condensed milk and the whole milk and the powdered milk for another 2 minutes and set it aside for about 5 minutes, so that the foam that formed on top goes down then carefully remove it with the help of a spoon.
- To make the caramel syrup, take the shape with a hole in the middle over low heat and pour the sugar inside and stir until it melts and turns into a caramel.
- Add the blended mixture from the blender to the shape gradually very carefully and bake the pudding shape in a bain-marie in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour and a half
- After this period and the pudding is firm and cooked and take it to the fridge for 3 hours then unmold and serve.
