  • Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Unflavored gelatin powder envelope (12g)1 unit(s)
  • Water to hydrate the gelatin5 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Boiling water1/2 cup
  1. In a pan add the sugar. Over medium heat, let it melt completely, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
  2. When golden, add boiling water. Carefully stir with the spatula until the syrup forms.
  3. Pour the syrup into a central hole shape and carefully turn the shape to cover the sides. Reserve.
  4. Hydrate the colorless gelatin with water and microwave for 15 seconds, according to package instructions.
  5. In the blender add the milk, the cream, the condensed milk and the already hydrated gelatin
  6. Whisk everything until smooth.
  7. Pour the blender mixture into the mold with the syrup and put it in the freezer for 1 hour or in the fridge for 4 hours.
  8. Unmold on your favorite platter.
