  • sugar | 1 cup
  • Hot water | 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Milk powder | 2 can(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)


  1. In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden.
  2. Add the hot water and stir with a spoon.
  3. Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
  4. Line a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) with the syrup and set aside.
  5. In a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients and pour into the reserved form.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for about 6 hours.
