- In a hollow shape in the middle put the sugar, take it to the low fire and let it melt. Place all other ingredients in a blender. Beat for 5 minutes. Put it on top of the sugar.
- Place in a bain-marie in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes or until cooked. Wait for it to cool and unmold. It can serve.
