Coloque o açúcar em uma panela e leve ao fogo para derreter, mexendo sempre. 

Place the sugar in a pan and heat to melt, stirring constantly.

Assim que derreter por completo vá  adicionando a água aos poucos, sempre mexendo.
Deixe ferver até ponto de fio fraco. 
Reserve até esfriar. 

As soon as it melts completely, add the water little by little, always stirring.
Let it boil until the point of weak wire.
Reserve until cool.

No liquidificador coloque o leite condensado, o leite e os ovos e bata até ficar homogêneo por uns 3minutos.

In the blender place the condensed milk, milk and eggs and beat until smooth for about 3 minutes.

Depois de bem batido, passe a mistura por uma peneira fina, isso evita de ficar com buraquinhos.

After well beaten, pass the mixture through a fine sieve, this avoids having holes.

Disponha a calda nos potinhos que vá ao freezer e microondas( eu usei de 145ml) mais ou menos 15 gr de calda em cada potinho.

Arrange the syrup in the small jars that go into the freezer and microwave (I used 145ml) about 15 g of syrup in each jar.

Depois vai colocando a mistura já peneirada com cuidado para não misturar na calda,( eu coloquei 90ml em cada potinho). Cubra cada potinho com papel alumínio, arrume-os em uma assadeira coloque água quente e um pouco de vinagre na água e leve ao forno por mais ou menos 1hora, ou até que enfiando um garfo ele saia limpo.

Then you put the mixture already sifted carefully not to mix it in the syrup, (I put 90 ml in each potty). Cover each pot with aluminum foil, arrange them on a baking sheet, place hot water and a little vinegar in the water and bake for about 1 hour, or until a fork comes out clean.

Depois de assado deixe esfriar, coloque a tampa e leve a geladeira

After roasting, let it cool, put the lid on and put it in the fridge.
