- Sugar480 g
- Water240 ml
- Condensed milk600 g
- Whole milk500 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Place the sugar in a pan and heat to melt, stirring constantly.
- As soon as it melts completely, add the water little by little, always stirring. Let it boil until the point of weak wire. Reserve until cool.
- In the blender place the condensed milk, milk and eggs and beat until smooth for about 3 minutes.
- After well beaten, pass the mixture through a fine sieve, this avoids having holes. Reserve
- Arrange the syrup in the small jars that go into the freezer and microwave (I used 145ml) about 15 g of syrup in each jar.
- Then you put the mixture already sifted carefully not to mix it in the syrup, (I put 90 ml in each potty). Cover each pot with aluminum foil, arrange them on a baking sheet, place hot water and a little vinegar in the water and bake for about 1 hour, or until a fork comes out clean.
- After roasting, let it cool, put the lid on and put it in the fridge.
