Calda:
Em uma panela de fundo largo, derreta o açúcar até ficar dourado.
Junte 1/2 xícara (chá) de água quente e mexa com uma colher.
Deixe ferver até dissolver os torrões de açúcar e a calda engrossar.
Forre com a calda uma forma com furo central (19 cm de diâmetro) e reserve.
Pudim:
Bata todos os ingredientes do pudim no liquidificador e despeje na forma reservada.
Asse em banho-maria, em forno médio (180º C), por cerca de 1 hora e 30 minutos.
Depois de frio, leve para gelar por cerca de 6 horas.

Syrup:
In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden.
Add 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water and stir with a spoon.
Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
Line a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) with the syrup and set aside.
Pudding:
Mix all the pudding ingredients in the blender and pour into the reserved form.
Bake in a bain-marie, in a medium oven (180º C), for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once cooled, refrigerate for about 6 hours.
