  1. Preheat the airfryer to 160°C. Syrup: In a pan, melt the sugar over low heat until golden. Pour the syrup into a central hole shape (18 cm in diameter) and set aside.
  2. Pudding: In the blender, beat the condensed milk, cow's milk and eggs for 4 minutes. Place in the already caramelized hole shape, cover with foil and place inside the airfryer basket, adjust the time to 40 minutes and bake. After that time, check if your pudding is firm. If it's soft in the center, set the timer to about 10 minutes. Remove the form and let the pudding cool. Place in the fridge for about 4 hours. Unmold and serve.
