  • Cornstarch or cornstarch1 tablespoon
  • Rice flour2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Rose water2 tablespoon
  • Ground pistachios for garnish1/4 cup
  1. Dissolve the rice flour and cornstarch in half the amount of milk (½ liter of milk) and keep it aside (reserve).
  2. In a saucepan, over medium heat, add the remaining milk with the sugar, mix well until the sugar has completely melted.
  3. Combine the two preparations in the pan. Hey Stir well until it starts to boil and bubble, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the rose water on top of the mixture.
  5. Pour into 1 large bowl or separate small bowls and garnish with crushed pistachios.
