- Milk1 l
- Cornstarch or cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Rice flour2 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Rose water2 tablespoon
- Ground pistachios for garnish1/4 cup
- Dissolve the rice flour and cornstarch in half the amount of milk (½ liter of milk) and keep it aside (reserve).
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, add the remaining milk with the sugar, mix well until the sugar has completely melted.
- Combine the two preparations in the pan. Hey Stir well until it starts to boil and bubble, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour the rose water on top of the mixture.
- Pour into 1 large bowl or separate small bowls and garnish with crushed pistachios.
