- Caramelize the pudding mold with half a cup of sugar, set aside.
- Beat the eggs, condensed milk, milk and corn starch in a blender. Beat for approximately 5 minutes or until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Put the mixture in the already cold mold and take it to the fire in a bain-marie for approximately 40 minutes.
