- Water to cook the pudding500 ml
- I started by making the caramel pudding.
- In the shape of a hole in the middle, I put the sugar and put it on low heat. Stir until it turns into a caramel. Then spread it on the mold and left it there.
- Now in the blender I beat the pudding. I put the eggs, condensed milk and milk. I beat for about 5 minutes.
- Then I added the blender mixture. On top of the caramel. And covered the pudding mold with aluminum foil.
- I took a round shape, I put half the water in it and put the pudding shape inside the one that I put water.
- I put it in the preheated oven. And I let the pudding cook for 45 minutes. Then just remove the pudding from the oven to let it cool and uninform.
