O MELHOR DOCE DE LEITE! Ficou com água na boca? 😋

Retire toda embalagem de papel e lave bem com água e sabão. 
Coloque a lata de leite Moça na panela de pressão e acrescente água até cobrir a lata deixo uns três dedos a cima . 

✅ Se liga nessa dica; coloque 2 colheres de sopa de vinagre na água para não escurecer a panela caso seja de alumínio. 

Tampe a panela e coloque no fogo baixo. 
Aguarde  pegar pressão e deixe cozinhar por 15 minutos para ponto de colher, por 30 minutos para ponto de caramelo e por 50 minutos para ponto de corte que é o meu preferido!

Espere esfriar bem a lata antes de abrir.

Pode usar para recheio, cobertura ou só comer de colher! 😍😋

Remove all paper packaging and wash well with soap and water.
Place the can of Moça milk in the pressure cooker and add water until it covers the can, leaving about three fingers on top.

✅ Check out this tip; add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the water so the pan doesn't darken if it's aluminum.

Cover the pan and place on low heat.
Wait for pressure and let it cook for 15 minutes for spoon point, for 30 minutes for caramel point and for 50 minutes for cut point which is my favorite!

Wait for the can to cool well before opening.

You can use it for stuffing, topping or just eat with a spoon! 😍😋
