Esse doce aprendi e nunca mais esqueci e deixei de fazer... Ele é muito fácil e super saboroso!!
Em uma panela grande colocar o açúcar para derreter....qd estiver bem dourado acrescentar o leite e permanecer mexendo......o segredo é não parar de mexer....com uma hora de cozimento ele já começa a ficar cremoso...daí vai depender da forma que vc goste...mais ou menos pastoso....guarde em pote de vidro ou plástico...rende bem..... é perfeito!!

I learned this sweet and never forgot and stopped making it... It is very easy and super tasty!!
In a large pan put the sugar to melt....when it is golden add the milk and keep stirring......the secret is not to stop stirring....after an hour of cooking it starts to get creamy... then it will depend on the way you like it... more or less pasty... keep in a glass or plastic pot... it works well..... it's perfect!!
