Wheat Flour2 cup
Milk600 ml
Coconut milk200 ml
Eggs3 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Sugar1/2 cup
Margarine3 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
Shredded Coconut1/2 cup

Beat the milk, coconut milk, eggs, margarine and sugar in a blender for two minutes.
Add the wheat flour and beat more for like 2 minutes.
Finish with grated parmesan cheese and grated coconut and beat quickly.
Place the liquid dough in a greased and floured mold and bake at 180° in a preheated oven until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
