- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Mix the two flours in a plate and beaten egg in another container. Peel the bananas and dip them in the egg then in the flours, again in the egg and then in the flours. Fry each one on fire at 170 degrees. Once golden, place them on a paper towel and let cool.
