Na caneca, bata levemente o ovo, o leite e o óleo 

In the mug, lightly beat the egg, milk and oil.

Adicione o açúcar, o chocolate em pó, e misture, no final acrescente a farinha e o fermento e misture novamente 

Add the sugar, chocolate powder, and mix, at the end add the flour and baking powder and mix again.

Leve ao microondas por 3 minutos em potência média/alta dependendo do microondas, espere esfriar, cubra com calda ou brigadeiro e granulado, e pronto 

Take it to the microwave for 3 minutes on medium / high power depending on the microwave, wait to cool, cover with syrup or brigadeiro and sprinkles, and that's it.
