Lemon2 unit(s)
Egg1 unit(s)
Oat bran3 tablespoon
Psyllium1 tablespoon
Yeast1 coffee spoon
Lemon zest to taste
Milk powder2 tablespoon
Xylitol2 tablespoon
Water2 tablespoon

Squeeze 1 for lemon and set aside
Mix the oat bran, psyllium, egg and lemon juice, finally the yeast
Microwave for 2 minutes
For the syrup, squeeze 1 lemon
Mix lemon juice with powdered milk and xylitol Mix well until smooth. Then throw on top of the cake and finally the lemon zest
