Misture os ingredientes, coloque em um pirex e deixe no micro-ondas por cerca de 7 minutos na alta potência.

Importante deixar esfriar 5 a 10 minutos para desenformar.
Sugestão: preparei uma cobertura de chocolate par por por cima. Usei uma late se leite condensado e 2 colheres de sopa de cacau levei ao fogo por 3 min.
