- Chopped Melon1 kg
- Sugar350 g
- Squeezed lemon100 ml
- Cinnamon stick1 to taste
- In a thick pan, place all the ingredients (except the cinnamon). Place over medium heat and stir until the melon is cooked.
- Blend everything in a blender and return to the pan. Add the cinnamon and turn off the heat once it thickens.
- Take it to the fridge.
