Butter at room temperature200 g
Sugar1 cup
Eggs6 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
Vanilla or lemon essence to taste

Preheat the oven. Beat the butter together with the sugar, then add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Sift the flour together with the yeast and add the dough without stopping to stir.
Divide the dough into two bowls. Add the chocolate in one of them, mixing well, and drops of the essence or lemon in the other bowl, stirring then.
In a pan with a hole, alternate the layers of the two doughs, ending with the light dough.
Put it in the hot oven to bake until, when you stick a toothpick in the cake, it comes out dry. Unmold it while still hot
