  • Milk1000 ml
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Canned cream200 g
  • Corn Starch1 cup
  • refined sugar250 g
  • Dry red wine200 ml
  • refined sugar150 g
  • Frozen Berries300 g
  1. Dissolve cornstarch in milk. In a pan add all the ingredients and cook stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. When it thickens, cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. In a form greased with vegetable oil, place the manjar, cover with plastic film in contact and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  3. In a pan, combine all the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over low heat until reduced.
  4. When the delicacy is firm, unmold and serve with the cold syrup!
