Moist Grated Coconut
In a pan, pour the whole milk and cornstarch, dissolve the starch in the milk.
Add the coconut milk, grated coconut, cream and condensed milk, mix everything over medium heat until you create a consistency.
Grease a shape with a thread of oil, add the dough and cover with plastic film. Place in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
In a pan, pour the sugar and stir.
When it is at the point of caramel, add the water little by little and keep stirring.
Add the plums and stir for another 3
minutes. Unmold the manjar and put the syrup
plum on top.
