  • condensed milk395 g
  • Corn Starch6 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Wet Shredded Coconut100 g
  • Milk1 l
  1. In a saucepan, pour whole milk and cornstarch, dissolve the starch in the milk.
  2. Add the coconut milk, grated coconut, milk cream and condensed milk, mix everything over medium heat until you create a consistency.
  3. Unite a shape with a strand of oil, add the dough and cover with plastic film. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. In a saucepan, pour the sugar and stir constantly. When you're at the caramel point, add the water little by little and keep stirring.
  5. Add the prunes and stir for another 3 minutes. Unmold the manjar and place the plum sauce on top. Help yourself.
