Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 400 g
  • Colorless unflavored gelatin | 24 g
  • Coconut Milk | 200 ml
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Water | 1/2 cup
  • Pitted Prunes | 200 g
  • Whole Milk | 350 ml

Recipe

  1. Blend the milk, condensed milk, cream, and coconut milk in a blender. Add the gelatin prepared according to the package instructions and continue beating.
  2. Place in an oiled pudding mold. Place in the fridge until firm.
  3. In a pan, add the sugar and heat until caramelized. Add the water, the plum and let it boil for a few minutes. Let cool and spread over the unmolded manjar.
