  1. Place the eggs, sugar and butter in a bowl at room temperature.
  2. Stir very well until smooth. Add the coconut milk and almost all the grated cassava - reserve about 50 g.
  3. If you want to add grated coconut, now is the time. Mix well. Pour into a round shape greased only with butter. Decorate with the rest of the grated cassava. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
