  • Cassava (cassava)1 kg
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • grated coconut100 g
  • regular milk1 l
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Grate all the cassava and place it little by little on a dish towel. Keep twisting until all the excess water comes out.
  2. Place the cassava in a large bowl and with the hands of a little loose in the "buds" that formed.
  3. Then add the eggs, sugar and butter and mix very well. Add the coconut milk, grated coconut and yeast.
  4. Then add the milk little by little and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  5. Pour in a greased and floured rectangular shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for about 50-60 min or until it's golden on top.
