Ingredients

  • Mango Pulp | 800 g
  • Xylitol | 4 tablespoon
  • Maracuja | 2 unit(s)
  • Xylitol | 1 tablespoon
  • Sicilian lemon | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 1/2 cup

Recipe

  1. Freeze mango pulp for at least 12 hours
  2. In a pan add the water and the 4 spoons of xylitol and let it boil
  3. Place the frozen pulp and the heated xylitol syrup in the processor, let it beat until it gains a creamy texture, keep it in the freezer until serving time.
  4. In a pan add the passion fruit pulp and the xylitol, let it boil until it reduces and thickens slightly, serve with the sorbet
