  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Mango, peeled and pitted2 unit(s)
  1. Puree the mango in the blender for 2 minutes.
  2. Then pass the mango through a sieve, and discard the lint.
  3. Return the mango to the blender, and add the cream and condensed milk.
  4. Beat everything for 2 minutes, or until creamy.
  5. Transfer to a platter or individual pots, and take it to the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
