- Mango, peeled and pitted2 unit(s)
- Puree the mango in the blender for 2 minutes.
- Then pass the mango through a sieve, and discard the lint.
- Return the mango to the blender, and add the cream and condensed milk.
- Beat everything for 2 minutes, or until creamy.
- Transfer to a platter or individual pots, and take it to the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
