Mango banana ice cream

- Ripe bananas | 5 unit(s)
- Ripe but consistent mangoes | 2 unit(s)
- Sour cream | 2 unit(s)
- Condensed milk | 200 ml
- 50% cocoa chocolate | 2 tablespoon
- Banana Mango Ice Cream:
2 ripe but firm mangoes, cut into cubes.
5 bananas (cut 2 of them into cubes, mix with the mango and set aside).
2 boxes of sour cream
1/2 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of 50% cocoa
Mix the cream, condensed milk, the 3 bananas and the cocoa in the blender, beat everything for about 2 minutes.
Pour into a platter of no more than 20 cm, then add the chopped fruits, mango and banana.
Place in the freezer until it forms an ice cream consistency.
✍️ Serve with chopped bananas, chocolate drops, confetti, chestnuts, nuts or whatever you prefer.
