  • Ripe passion fruit2 unit(s)
  • Ripe Tommy or Palmer Mango1 unit(s)
  • Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  1. Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
  2. Place in a pan and add some water. Enough for it to soften without sticking to the pan.
  3. Let it boil on low heat until it has a puree consistency.
  4. Add the passion fruit pulp and sweetener and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. The right point is when the jelly flows slowly.
  6. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
