- Natural Yogurt340 g
- Unflavored Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Powdered or Grated Ginger1 teaspoon
- Blend the mango and 1 pot of natural yogurt until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained. Place in the container you intend to serve. Reserve. Hydrate the gelatin according to the package directions. Blend the gelatin with the other pot of plain yogurt and the ginger. Pour this mixture over the mango cream and refrigerate for two hours. Before serving, decorate as you like. I used mango slices, strawberries and blueberries.
- Tip: For a quicker but just as tasty dessert, blend mango, ginger and a pot of plain yogurt. Serve immediately.
