- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk powder (filling)3 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Whipped cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Milk powder (topping)2 tablespoon
- Strawberry to taste
- In a bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Add oil and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and milk and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Lastly, put the baking soda and take it to bake for 40 minutes.
- Once baked and cooled, crumble the cake.
- For the filling, in a pan, place the condensed milk, margarine and powdered milk and stir constantly over low heat until it releases from the bottom of the pan. Reserve.
- For the topping, beat the whipped cream in a bowl with a firm peak.
- Add the powdered milk and beat again until mixed.
- For the assembly, in a pot (the one you will sell the cake), place 2 spoons of the crumbled cake, and drizzle with a syrup (I left it in the previous recipe).
- Decorate the sides of the pot with halved strawberries.
- Place the filling and some chopped strawberries, place another layer of crumbled cake and cover with whipped cream and decorate with strawberries. Sprinkle powdered milk.
