- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Boiling water1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Strawberries to decorate the sides and top1 cup
- whipped cream to taste
- Chocolate shavings to taste
- Prepare the cake:
- In a mixer, beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Add the oil and beat a little more until you mix well.
- Add the chocolate powder to the wheat flour and water and mix until it forms a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Put the baking powder and mix delicately.
- Place the dough in a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
- After baking, crumble the whole cake.
- For the filling, melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream, making a ganache.
- In the pot that you are going to sell, place about 2 spoons of the crumbled cake, wet it with a syrup made with water, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Decorate the sides of the pot with halved strawberries.
- Put the stuffing and some chopped strawberries.
- Cover with more crumbly cake and wet again with the syrup.
- Decorate with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate shavings.
