- grated cassava500 g
- Grated Fresh Coconut200 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Melted butter50 g
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Grate manioc, soak in water for 30 min, drain, squeeze well and transfer to a bowl
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Place in a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 1 hour.
