Ingredients

  • grated cassava | 500 g
  • Grated Fresh Coconut | 200 g
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Coconut milk | 200 ml
  • Melted butter | 50 g
  • Pinch of salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Grate manioc, soak in water for 30 min, drain, squeeze well and transfer to a bowl
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  3. Place in a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 1 hour.
