  • grated cassava1 kg
  • Sugar2 cup
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Butter or margarine4 tablespoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • A pinch of salt to taste
  1. Mix the sugar and the butter or margarine, until it is homogeneous, add the cassava gradually interspersing with the coconut milk, put the salt, add the grated coconut and pour in a greased and floured shape, take it to the oven preheated to 180° in for 40min, do the toothpick test if it comes out clean it's ready.
