  • Stevia-based sweetener sachet1/2 unit(s)
  1. Leave the coconut milk bottle and the cream can for several hours in the fridge.
  2. Place the chilled coconut milk in a bowl and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth.
  3. Add another half of the can of whey-free cream and set aside the rest.
  4. Add the cocoa and stevia and continue beating until the mousse is light and fluffy.
