  • Almond flour3/4 cup
  • Chocolate powder 70%4 tablespoon
  • Finely grated coconut2 tablespoon
  • Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream5 tablespoon
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • eggs3 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Sour cream5 tablespoon
  • 70% melted chocolate60 g
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, grated coconut and coconut flour.
  3. Add eggs and cream and mix well.
  4. Mix sweetener and baking powder, add vanilla essence.
  5. In a greased form , pour the dough. Bake in oven at 200C for 25 min
  6. Make the low carb ganache by heating the cream over low heat, without letting it boil.
  7. Add the chopped chocolate when the cream is hot and mix well.
  8. With the warm cake, add the syrup and good appetite!
