- Almond flour3/4 cup
- Chocolate powder 70%4 tablespoon
- Finely grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
- Sour cream5 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon

- Vanilla essence to taste
- Sweetener to taste
- Sour cream5 tablespoon
- 70% melted chocolate60 g
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, grated coconut and coconut flour.
- Add eggs and cream and mix well.
- Mix sweetener and baking powder, add vanilla essence.
- In a greased form , pour the dough. Bake in oven at 200C for 25 min
- Make the low carb ganache by heating the cream over low heat, without letting it boil.
- Add the chopped chocolate when the cream is hot and mix well.
- With the warm cake, add the syrup and good appetite!
